Mercedes-Benz and JDS Development Group have opened sales for Tower 2 of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, marking a new chapter in the luxury brand’s real estate venture. The launch coincided with the unveiling of a Sales Gallery, where buyers can preview the development’s design, including the Silver Arrow Lounge, an exclusive rooftop space inspired by the brand’s racing legacy.
The 67-story tower, designed in collaboration with SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot, embodies Sensual Purity, featuring stacked, offset volumes and a sleek, modern aesthetic. Residences will include floor-to-ceiling windows, custom kitchens, and spa-like bathrooms, offering both comfort and elegance.
Set in Southside Park, the development blends urban living with nature, incorporating landscaped green spaces, walking paths, and recreational courts by Field Operations. The 2.5-million-square-foot complex will house 800 residences, a 174-room hotel, office spaces, and 130,000 square feet of amenities.
Slated for completion in 2027, Mercedes-Benz Places will redefine Miami’s skyline, merging automotive excellence with contemporary architecture. Sales for Tower 2 are now managed by SERHANT.
