The prestigious TOP USA Awards ceremony and unveiled the unique book "Top 100 American Entrepreneurs of Ukrainian Origin" recently occurred in Manhattan's historic Cipriani in New York.
The event began with a moving moment of silence to honor the lives lost in Odessa and all victims of the war initiated by Russia. Hollywood actress Melora Hardin, known for her role in "The Office," graced the stage and passionately spoke, inspiring everyone with the Ukrainian entrepreneurs' success stories and their incredible potential.
Renowned Hollywood actress Natasha Henstridge, famous for "The Whole Nine Yards," emotionally shared her observations about the strength and resilience of the Ukrainian people, pledging her support to draw attention to the ongoing war.
The event celebrated the influence and success of Ukrainians, proving their strength as a nation. Co-founders of TOP USA Awards, Diana Hetun, and Taras Lavrovskyi, emphasized their Ukrainian heritage's importance in their achievements.
Star actor Chris Browning from "Ray Donovan" shared heartfelt memories of Crimea in the 1990s and expressed his dream of returning with his children if Crimea remained part of Ukraine.
The event also served as a fundraiser for United24 and Cash for Refugees, supporting the reconstruction of the Mikhailo-Kotsiubynsky Lyceum in the Chernihiv region and residents of villages in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, which are near the frontline. United24 ambassador Ivanna Sakhno personally presented the charity auction, ensuring that every dollar raised would be sent to Ukraine.
The charity auction showcased exciting items, raising an extraordinary $80,000, including a signed jersey by Serhiy Rebrov and a ballet package from Kateryna Kukhar.
The evening, hosted by Katerina Osadcha and Yuriy Gorbunov, featured a captivating performance by Tina Karol and a delightful borscht dessert by Yevhen Klopotenko.
